Vacation week in pictures

Last week I was on a little vacation and since it was my birthday in the middle of the week, I had a little me time, celebrated with my family and friends, did some cooking, relaxing, reading, sewing and re-decorating.

Oh yes and some yoga. Can`t forget yoga.

Today I am back to work, for another two weeks and then again - vacation!

And today I found out that I will be going to Vienna in November for 3 days. Can`t wait. Solo sight-seeing. My favorite.

Any tips for super interesting sights and lovely secrets? Of course, the list of second hand shops is a must.

Lately in life

Spring has arrived and so has summer. Bits and pieces of daily life, some food and an occasional DIY. As for DIYs, I have so many projects lined up, can`t wait to share them with you.

Chic-stagraming in September

Another month is behind me, gone in a flash. Days have been hectic, but still I managed, somehow to dress up for the occasion. Unfortunately these occasions were not documented, so you will just have to take my word for it. The month just flew. We had rescued another cat from the street, and it was just in time for colder days and nights and shitty weather. As you can see in this collage below (the weather, not the cat. the one in the photo is an elder in our house, little rascal!)

The half of a new month is here and I am still under the influence of crazy September. But hopfully this will change. Baby steps.

 Yet another month has passed, another season is (almost) comming to an end. Although we have another three weeks of summer season, you can feel fall snooping around. This weekend was rainy and cold. This morning fog creeped quietly and surprised me with its veil surrounding houses and trees.

 So goodbye August. You were wonderful, sunny and fashionable.

Also, I would like to announce a new theme/section for this blog called "Thrift fairy / Buvljak vila". There I will cover my great findings from thrift stores expeditions. The first one was held yesterday, and I found (and bought) great stuff, and I will show them off very soon. So stay tuned!
