I hope you will enjoy these inspirational photos as much as I did :) Feel free to visit.

Tic-Toc Clox shoes

~ ~
Our shoes go klik - klak and the watch goes tic-toc, so bringing the two togather, Croatian designer Mia Marić from Manasteriotti∞Marić studio designed these wonderful shoes (stilettos) called CLOX.

How cute is this? A watch briliantly placed on your shoes, and you can see your time from above?
I like that they used leg shaped legs with shoes for hand on the wacth mechanism.

They are available in two colors, black and chocolate.

I am totally in love with them and I think they would go perfectly with all my office dress code outfits,
and still give a special charm to it.

Not only this is a unique combination of fashion and time, the shoes are packed in this cute cake looking boxes. Clox shoes are first of that clok-shoe kind, registrated and trademarked in Croatian and world. To be precise, Clox shoes are first that have a working clock incorporated in the design of a shoe. Many designers and manufacturers have used clocks as a decoration for the shoe but never in a way as Mia did.

Because of the unusual shoe/clock combination, Cloxs shoes seem a bit surreal and that approach had a cake looking box as a finish.

Raf Simons Dior debut at Paris couture

~ ~
The whole fashion world awaited this show for some time and as they waited with bated breath they weren`t left disappointed.

Raf Simons made his debut as creative director of the legendary fashion house with a collection that was loyal to its feminine aesthetic, while bringing a decidedly modern edge with dramatic ballgowns, dark suits and the odd nod to classic Dior of the late 1940s what was a grand goodbye to J. Galliano era.

Clean elegant and simple lines with a interesting mixture of retro vibe and modern edgy finish. Like Grace Kelly of the 21st century.

This would be my perfect every day retro outfit with just right amount of modern statement.

The most eye-catching ansamble for me was the hot pink dress with pants underneath. The color is so rich and vibrant, the corset cut is a mixture of two styles, like they are accentuating and calming each other at the same time. And the dress by itself would be still very beautiful and trendy but this surprise accent with a center cut and pants underneath is the right kind of unexpected surprise, just right up my alley. One second you are super fabulous wearing ("just"-lol, Dior is never an "just", right?) Dior dress, and in the other second you are rocking this amazing outfit like a star. It is so simple and effortless, I am truly in love.

This one I like becasue it so fluid, again simple and super bold in this rich color. Statement piece from head to toe.

better late than never

~ ~
wow. one of my MIA records, again. well I will blame it on crazy times at work (I honestly thought it will never end!) and insanely high temperatures. Last 10+ days we are surviving on average 35 degrees. And this made me wonder, how do you stay fashionable when all you want to do is skin yourself to the bone, and wearing as less clothes as possible is the only thing on our mind. If you have the luxury to be at seaside enjoying the sun and sea I can imagine that this is not your problem, but if you're stuck in the city, working, how do you gather the strength and enthusiasm to pull an outfit, interesting and satisfying for your inner fashionista but still that keeps you from melting. This heat wave has killed my inner fashionista and the only thing on my mind is how to stay dry.

Staying indoors sounds like a good plan. AC, great music in the background and as much blogs to read as possible is a great recipe for surviving this madness. Watermelons and ice cream sound great too.

green apple and cherry yogurt with raybans in the background.
