DIY inspo: Tartan pencil skirt by Mira Duma

 

Got the fabric, here is the idea, what do you think?

Tartan skirts have made an amazing come back this season and when I saw this skirt I know I had to have it. Although I haven`t figured out the designer (please share the info if you know) but I did find matching tartan fabric in my moms stash! YAY!!!! 

So this weekend I will be diy-ing this skirt and wearing it to work on Monday. Can`t wait. If only I could do this whole look like Mrs Duma (from LFW 2014) but its too cold.

Either way, this skirt is amazing and will go just great with opaque stockings and/or boots.

Literally can`t wait.

My pumps, my pumps

There is no question that I am a true shoe lover. And my favorite type are pumps. Black, neon, nude or leopard (I still do not own a pair of leopard pumps, they are hard to find, at least ones with the leo pattern I would  really like) - any color is the right color when it comes to pumps. They go great with any outfit, make my legs longer and they are just amazing. The perfect shoe shape. I love all shoes, any type and color, the crazier or uglier the better, but pumps are my absolute favorite. After chucks or? that is the tough one.

Here are some of my favorite pairs, black and striped ones are to die for.

Its a bit dark and edgy but stil has that Holiday flare, don`t you think?

I love unexpected, unusual and nontraditional choices in any occasion.

Although it is not your usual Holiday ensamble, it has some staples to spice up this edgyness even more.

And if you think these are over the top, yay, that is exactly what I was going for.
