Rainbow - Black Masquerade

Its that time of the year. Masquerade. Carnival. Think of Rio or Venice (Italy). Here in Croatia this is an old custom that has been celebrated for many centuries. And each February/March we dress up as somebody else and live the role. And eat "doughnuts".

This photo shoot reminded me a bit about Alice and her mad hatter. And tea time.

This is what I crave the most at the moment. This b&w brush stroke pattern full flare circle skirt from H&M to pair up with my Zara heels, which I love beyond words. I wear them as much as I can, but I know that I need to own this skirt to see these satin pumps in full bloom.

Sunday evening

This is what I wore today, casual and perfect for browsing the stores for something new. Last weekend I went to Ljubljana and bought few lovely thing, some of them you can see below.

Color blocking Skirt week day 1

After a few days of technical difficulties and delayed start of the skirt week, here it is.

Today I decided for little color blocking experiment and this rich orange skirt paired up with 

minty top exceeded all of my expectations for this combination.

I totally had fun today, and I can say that day one of Skirt week challenge was a success.
