Gold statement ring and bow earrings - Parfois
Paris Eiffel Tower necklace - Six.

I bought these a while ago but failed to show them.
It is quite a joy to wear them, I fell in love and couldn`t leave them int he store.
I don`t usually buy jewellery often, and have a strict policy to buy pieces that are carefully picked and have a purpose in building a look.
Since I am now (and it has been for quite some time now) in my gold phase,
I scout the stores for just perfect pieces. When I see something just right, that feels like just the thing I have been looking for, I know its a great buy.
Impulsive shopping is reserved for clothes and shoes. My closet is a living proof :D I can`t be perfect all the way, right!?

What is your philosophy when buying yewellery?

Although weather reports and forecasts are saying different, I am ready to put all my sandals, flip-flops and other summer footwear to their deserved vacation.
They had a quite a season and it is time for them to take a break.

I had a sudden wave of inspiration to take few photos of some of my flats that are just waiting to enter the new season. And the fact I am currently at home, feeling a bit under the weather with a cold, and with all that, totally bored. Despite the season 4 of SATC playing on TV.

And I had a quick try and play with collage and filters on pixlr.com. so much fun :)

Shoes: Stradivarius (blue loafers), Pimkie (orange, have another pair in deep green), and no names

My favorite moment of each FW is...

~ ~
...Tommy Tons and other street style photographers snapshots. I love to browse through their work and admire all the outfits and accessories presented. New poses and ansambles, some girl or boy crushes and some dos or donts. One thing that I see is catching my eye last few seasons started as a separate post, and I never thought it would come to this, to creating a whole section for this particular subject - YAYor WTF!? c/o (for now at least) ADLR. Sorry Anna, I do admire and covet most of your outfits/clothes, but sometimes the only thing I can do is to post (you) in YAY or WTF!? section.

Seriouosly?

I am trying to understand. Maybe if I saw the whole photo, in context, with sorroundings... maybe then. But just maybe.

NYFW favorites

~ ~
Although the famous NYFW SS13 is still in motion, I have picked (one of) my favorite/s.
Duro Olowu a designer with nigerian heritage that emerged on London fashion scene in 2004.

Until this moment there were many collections presented that cought my eye, but this made me drool a bit more than the others.
So retro but not outdated. So, chic.

It is visible that prints will rule yet another season, not only from this collection but many others.
And if I could pick one to spend my spring in, it would be this one.
