The combo that took my heart away was a pastel combination of neutral sandy color and mint, covered in white delicate spots. I fell in love. And I can say for sure this is my favorite color combo when it comest to polka-dotting.

The owner/stylist of this match made in heaven is wonderful Julie from Gal meets Glam.
So, my next stop is H&M, they have a similar skirt, but pleated version... (or at least they had it, I hope in this forsaken wilderness of a country they still have it in stock, somewhere.)
As for the blouse, internet is my friend hopefully, but if not, I hope my sewing machine will be.

Glad to see you're back! I'm not a huge dot fan, it's baggage I think from my last career which was seriously linked to polka dots (true, even though it's weird). But I am starting to love the teeny tiny ones, like this silk shirt from Madewell:
